Sketchy's magic carpet ride

The August Sketchy’s session had us flying high on a magic carpet ride with our gorgeous model bellydancer Seana Dishun of Ashar Dance Company.

Prizes were awarded to audience members in a bellydance-off competition. Bellies wiggled fast and furiously. It was a tough call but the “Bellyrific” team won in the end. It was just one of the many crazy contests we sprung on the artists this month. (Just wait ‘til you find out what we’ve got in our notebooks for next time!)

Artists brought their sketches forward for an impromptu showing at the end of the session and Seana picked “Model’s Choice” and gave the final prize of the day.

You wish. These gals join forces to bring the perfect mix of mischief and hilarity to the Sketchy's scene. Emcee Olive Talique will be there as usual...handing out detention slips to all misbehaving artists...
